12" High Performance POCKET ROCKET PL-1200HP The 12" wide PL-1200HP is possibly the fastest 110v 12” laminator in existence. While producing a superb finish and edge seal it is capable of speeds up to 17 fpm and can laminate 3 mil. material in excess of 10 fpm. It will accept films from 1 to 15 mils thick and will laminate materials, such as foam board up to 1/4” thick. Sets up in minutes, and has a thru-put capability in excess of 1000 fph. The PL-1200HP is a cost efficient, high performance laminating machine. This is truly a professional machine in every aspect and features a patented heated roller design. Save energy by turning it on when you need it, warm up time is only four minutes. This laminator will handle the vast majority of all laminating since printing, copying, and duplicating machinery does not process output that exceeds 12” in one dimension.
27" High Performance PL-227HP At last, a superb quality US made laminator to bridge the gap between school and expensive entry level commercial machines. It is capable of running all thermal laminating films up to 10 mil at speeds up to 16 FPM and can laminate a wide variety of substrates to 1/4" thick. Save energy by turning it on when you need it, warm up time is only five minutes. The options on this machine, include 3" supply mandrels, welded steel stand, additional slitters and additional feed guides. With the optional liner take up assembly, it is capable of applying, hot (thermal) laminates or cold (pressure sensitive laminates) as well. 13" Automatic Trimmer The TR-1200 Autocutter is the perfect companion to the PL-1200HP Laminator. Utilizing the side slitters on board your laminator, the TR-1200 Autocutter trims the leading and trailing edges of the sheet giving you a completely finished product. Of course if you already have a laminator, the TR-1200 can run behind any lamination system to automatically and uniformly cut the leading and trailing edges of the sheets.Don’t be fooled by its small size, this system is loaded with features. The cutting margin can be adjusted to cut completely flush, leave a uniform border of film, oreven negative cut into the laminated sheet. The leading and trailing edge cuts are independently controllable meaning you can flush cut the leading edge if desired while leaving a larger trailing edge margin. Larger margins are perfect for creating a tough laminated binding edge. Or flush trim for precision accuracy.
